I know that, with the current climate, your key people need expert support and challenge to keep them at the top of their game. I know there has never been a greater need for an intensive, on-demand approach to executive coaching that really delivers results.
I also know that our coaching delivers excellent results, because our clients tell us so. Listening to what they tell us, I have now stepped up to the challenge of making the best even better.
Simplifying our offering, we now focus specifically on high impact, rapid results coaching, with the option of our unique “Saville Row” tailored 360 degree feedback. That means you get more results, faster and the choice could not be simpler:
o “Impact” Coaching delivers rapid results, with six intensive sessions over three months, plus a free “chemistry checking” meeting, initial three way contracting and a review meeting.
o “Deep Dive” Coaching offers nine intensive session over a four to five month period, with all the elements of “Impact” coaching, plus a free “Saville Row” 360 degree feedback exercise (normal cost £500). This powerful process is, to my knowledge, unique to Inspire. It involves me personally telephone interviewing five stakeholders with a set of pre-agreed questions, synthesising their responses and feeding this back in detail to the client. It is massively more effective than traditional, tick box 360 degree tools, and provides a turbo charged start to any coaching exercise.
I believe that working with people in a coaching relationship is one of the most powerful ways for learning, reflection, planning and decision making to happen.
For me, coaching offers an individual the environment for strategic thinking, growth, change and action. I use a variety of models, tools and techniques to ensure that clients achieve their desired coaching objectives. I will challenge my clients directly, while giving them the support they need.
Fundamentally, my wish for my clients is that they believe in themselves and feel positive and driven towards achieving the best they can for themselves and the organisation.
