What is the most appropriate coaching package?

Coaching can be bought by the hour, but most of our clients prefer to choose from the following range of packages:

o Bronze – six sessions of two hours duration each
o Silver – nine sessions of two and a half hours each
o Gold – monthly sessions over a twelve month period – up to a maximum of fourteen
o Platinum – unlimited one to one coaching access, combined with phone and e-mail support, for a period of six months

How can we ensure results delivery?

We deliver our best results when we work in partnership with the organisation. Our standard process being as follows:

o Issue of pre coaching questionnaire to sponsor and coachee
o Initial briefing meeting – between sponsor, coachee and coach to agree clear objectives and outcomes
o Exploratory meeting with coachee –immediately after the meeting with the sponsor..
o Drafting the contract – with clear measures against which to monitor progress and results
o Coaching sessions – raising awareness and facilitating change through judicious challenge and support
o Call to action – the client delivers agreed actions, monitoring his / her progress and giving feedback to the organisation
o Evaluation of outcomes – once again, between the sponsor, coachee and coach to confirm achievement

What level of ROI should you expect?

o The 2001 Manchester Review found a typical return of 5.7 times the investment.
o Research conducted in 2005 by consultant Mary Beth O’Neil showed ROI ranging from 6 to 10 times the initial financial outlay
o A study by MetrixGLobal LLC showed an overall ROI of 788%
